With Crawford’s strong and skilled service fleet, the customers can have their pedestrian doors at the front, and the industrial doors at the back of the building serviced at the same time, giving the customers trouble-free operations and a peace of mind.
Crawford has an outstanding service fleet and a great knowledge and capacity when it comes to servicing industrial doors. Many of the customers with existing service contracts, mainly within transport and logistics and retail, also have automatic pedestrian doors that need servicing. So when Crawford’s service technicians are on service calls, why not service the automatic door systems as well?
Universal spare parts
Using Crawford’s own universal spare parts, Crawford now offers service on automatic door systems, starting with the Belgian market in September. The spare parts include drives for sliding doors and swing doors, as well as an upgrade kit for sliding doors.
Strong position in Europe
Crawford has a strong position in the European market in industrial doors. The high service level and the strong market position provide Crawford with the possibility of conquering a substantial part of the service market for automatic door systems in the following years.
